House Rules
The pet fee shown is only for ONE pet. If you plan on bringing more than one, please reach out to discuss how to arrange payments for the addition pet(s) if you cant do so on the platform.
-No pet(s) allowed on furnitures or beds. If pets are on the furniture or any beds, there will be additional cleaning fees up to $200.
-Please pick up after your pet to avoid additional cleaning fees.
-Please be sure you have made your pet fee payment prior to arriving to the property with your pet.
-Checking out late will result in an $150 fee.
-Absolutely NO parties! If you are found to be hosting a party or any type of event without approval, you will be charged $400 and will need to leave the property if discovered during your stay.
-If there's a noise complaint from the neighbors during quiet hours, there will be a $100 charge.
-No smoking inside the property! There will be a $200 fee if there were smoking of any type within the property.
